All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

• Account information (email) for authentication
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details
• Basic usage analytics to improve the product (no audio or project data is collected)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your Ableton session data stays entirely on your machine and is never uploaded to our servers.

AI requests are sent directly from your machine to Anthropic using your own API key. We do not proxy, log, or store any of your prompts or responses.

By purchasing and using Sage, you agree to the following:

• Your license is for personal use on your own machines — no redistribution or resale
• You are responsible for providing your own Claude API key and any associated costs from Anthropic
• Sage is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ableton AG or Anthropic
• The software is provided as-is — we do our best to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee functionality with all Ableton configurations
• We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice
